Additionally, I offer one-off coaching/tutoring sessions for adult creative writers. I have experience working with writers of speculative fiction, women’s fiction, memoirs, short stories, and more. These sessions are ideal for:
- Receiving thoughtful critique on an excerpt or short-form piece
- Polishing your first pages
- Discussing the publishing process
- Reviewing your story’s plot or a character arc
- Overcoming barriers in your writing journey
- And more
Here’s how it works:
- Book a 30-minute session using the button below. Payment of $30/session is due up front.
- IMPORTANT: No later than 24 hours before our call, email marie @ marieparks . com with up to 1,500 words for me to review ahead of our session, and/or the question/topic you’d like us to discuss.
- Show up for your call on time. I’ll have read what you sent me, and I will be prepared to discuss it with you.
If you want more sessions, you may book them a la carte. I’ve been working with some clients for months or years! This one-off session method means you may book a session whenever you want to share a piece of writing with me, or when you want to discuss a writing-related topic.
For longer-term arrangements, such as book coaching or a manuscript critique, reach out for a custom quote. We’ll have a free consult call to make sure we’re a good fit.
